Chef cooks up a fresh idea for food stamps

Cooking with fresh, locally grown produce is usually associated with expensive restaurants and suburban kitchens, but award-winning chef Michel Nischan is spreading the movement to inner city neighborhoods. NBC's John Yang reports.
